We love planning ahead and we accommodate all budgets. However to give you the most accurate proposal, we need a final guest count or a guest count you feel is most accurate. Due to the State of NJ Division of ABC, the guidelines apply to all sales made. This includes pricing, especially increases from importers and manufacturers. So unfortunately, future event dates are subject to price changes based on these Laws.
We are a full retail liquor, beer, and wine store. We do not offer packages or charge per head. Your proposal is a curated list of suggested quantities and individual items. Every item on this list is customizable from the over 5,000 items we carry in store.
Absolutely! However, these are sale items. All proposals with sale items are for delivery only. We do not offer consignment on sale pricing.

Of course! As long as the product is available and distributed in NJ.
We deliver your items the day of your event at the specified time.
End of your event store all unopened and unused items in a secure location and we will pick up the next day.
All opened items are yours to keep!
Once returned items are processed on our end, your proposal will be updated reflecting your returns and your card will be processed, typically next business day.
All items that are sealed and in original packaging are able to be returned. Items with damaged labels, broken seals, or loose individuals from a pack are not able to be returned.
Once your delivery is made to your event, Gallo’s is no longer responsible for any items.
We have a great relationship with various caterers and event spaces that offer secure storage for next day pick up. If this is a personal residence, all items must be stored in a cool, dry, indoor space accessible for pick up at agreed upon time. If access to returns is not accessible within 7 days, you will be charged for your full proposal amount.
Once we have received your returns the day after your event or date agreed upon, your proposal is adjusted and your card is processed the next business day.
We have over 5,000 items to choose from! If we listed a brand and you have a different preference just let us know once you’ve reviewed your proposal.
You will be sent a suggested proposal based upon the information we received via your Event Request Form. Items are listed by Quantity & Item Name/Description on your proposal. If you know immediate edits off hand, feel free to respond in an email with updated quantity, brand, or both!
We will then adjust your order and send over a revised proposal.
Our in office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm and we can be reached at 732-566-2094. All other business hours we are in store or on events.
