Gallo's Events is the event beverage delivery service of Gallo's Wine & Beer LLC, DBA Gallo's Wine Cellar, 1077 Route 34, Suite Q, Aberdeen, NJ 07747.
These terms cover your use of Gallo's Events event beverage delivery services and our customer portal at gallosevents.com. By requesting a quote, booking an event, or opting in to our messages, you agree to them.
Program description and opt-in. Gallo's Events sends transactional text messages about your order from (866) 582-4505: order approvals, appointment and call reminders, payment and billing notices, and delivery updates. You opt in by checking the "Yes, text me order updates" checkbox on our quote and booking form (or the "Text me updates" setting in your customer portal). Consent is not a condition of purchase: the checkbox is optional, and if you leave it unchecked we will not send you text messages. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in.
Age requirement. Because our services involve alcoholic beverages, access to our website requires date-of-birth verification confirming you are 21 years of age or older, and the text messaging program is limited to individuals 21 or older. When you request a quote you must additionally confirm that you are at least 21, and by opting in to text messages you certify that you are 21 or older.
Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off "Text me updates" in the My Info page of your customer portal. After you opt out, you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled; your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Quotes are estimates based on the event details you provide. Consignment orders are stocked generously; you are billed only for what is opened, and unopened items are credited back after pickup as shown on your final invoice. Deposits, cancellation terms, and payment terms are presented in your customer portal at booking and on your order agreement.
All sales and deliveries of alcoholic beverages are made in accordance with New Jersey law. Gallo's Events sells and delivers alcoholic beverages in original sealed containers only; we do not serve, pour, or provide bartending services. Deliveries are made only to adults 21 years of age or older, and proof of age may be required at delivery.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and event information on your account and for keeping your login credentials private. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
