These terms cover your use of Gallo's Events beverage catering services and our customer portal at gallosevents.com. By requesting a quote, booking an event, or opting in to our messages, you agree to them.
Program description. Gallo's Events sends transactional text messages about your order from (866) 582-4505 to customers who provide a phone number when requesting a quote or booking an event: order approvals, appointment and call reminders, payment and billing notices, and delivery updates.
Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off "Text me updates" in the My Info page of your customer portal. After you opt out, you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt back in.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at (732) 566-2094, or email us through your customer portal.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled; your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Quotes are estimates based on the event details you provide. Consignment orders are stocked generously; you are billed only for what is opened, and unopened items are credited back after pickup as shown on your final invoice. Deposits, cancellation terms, and payment terms are presented in your customer portal at booking and on your order agreement.
All sales and deliveries of alcoholic beverages are made in accordance with New Jersey law. Deliveries are made only to adults 21 years of age or older, and proof of age may be required at delivery.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and event information on your account and for keeping your login credentials private. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
