Gallo's Events is the event beverage delivery service of Gallo's Wine & Beer LLC, DBA Gallo's Wine Cellar, 1077 Route 34, Suite Q, Aberdeen, NJ 07747.
Gallo's Events provides event beverage delivery: packaged alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages sold on consignment, delivered to your event and picked up after, with unopened items credited back. We do not serve, pour, or provide bartending services. This policy explains what information we collect from our customers, how we use it, and the choices you have, including for our text messaging program.
When you request a quote or book an event with us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event details (date, venue address, guest count, beverage selections), and any notes you share with our team. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored by our systems.
We use your information only to run your event: preparing your quote and order, coordinating delivery and pickup, billing, and communicating with you about your booking by email, phone, and text message. We do not sell your personal information.
What we send, and how you opt in. If you check the optional "Yes, text me order updates" checkbox when requesting a quote or booking an event (or turn on "Text me updates" in your customer portal), we send you transactional text messages about your order from (866) 582-4505: order approvals, appointment and call reminders, payment and billing notices, and delivery updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase; if you leave the checkbox unchecked we will not text you, and providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Age requirement. Our services involve alcoholic beverages, so access to our website requires date-of-birth verification confirming you are 21 years of age or older, and the text messaging program is limited to adults 21 or older. The date of birth you enter is used only for the age check and is not stored on our servers. The quote form additionally requires you to confirm that you are at least 21 before a phone number is accepted for text updates.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or turn off "Text me updates" in the My Info page of your customer portal. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (732) 566-2094.
Your mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate our business: our payment processor (Stripe), our cloud and messaging infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services), and delivery mapping services. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We keep order records as needed for business, tax, and New Jersey alcoholic beverage regulations. Our systems use encrypted connections and access controls. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
