Gallo's Events provides beverage catering and event bar service. This policy explains what information we collect from our customers, how we use it, and the choices you have, including for our text messaging program.
When you request a quote or book an event with us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event details (date, venue address, guest count, beverage selections), and any notes you share with our team. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored by our systems.
We use your information only to run your event: preparing your quote and order, coordinating delivery and pickup, billing, and communicating with you about your booking by email, phone, and text message. We do not sell your personal information.
What we send. If you provide your phone number when requesting a quote or booking an event, we may send you transactional text messages about your order from (866) 582-4505: order approvals, appointment and call reminders, payment and billing notices, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies with your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or turn off "Text me updates" in the My Info page of your customer portal. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (732) 566-2094.
Your mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate our business: our payment processor (Stripe), our cloud and messaging infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services), and delivery mapping services. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We keep order records as needed for business, tax, and New Jersey alcoholic beverage regulations. Our systems use encrypted connections and access controls. You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
